First, roll the transmitter. They will fall asleep after 15 minutes of inactivity. If you do not have data and are above ground, insert fresh batteries. Lithium batteries will show 100% up until they’re nearly depleted.
Make sure you have the correct frequency selected
Start at the main locate mode screen. Hold the toggle to the right until you enter the frequency change menu. Toggle up to select whichever frequency is not currently in use (frequency w/o an ‘x’). Toggle down to the ‘Locate Mode’ option to return to the locate screen. If Roll/Pitch data appears, the transmitter was powered up in another frequency
Re-Optimize and Pair your transmitter. Complete a one point calibration.
If you have a new transmitter, or receiver, you must optimize, pair your frequencies, and recalibrate. Attached is a Quick Start Guide that will walk you through the steps.
