First, roll the transmitter. They will fall asleep after 15 minutes of inactivity. If you do not have data and are above ground, insert fresh batteries. Lithium batteries will show 100% up until they’re nearly depleted.
Make sure you have the correct frequency selected
Start at the main locate screen. Click the trigger until you’re hovering over the Settings icon (bottom-middle icon) and hold to enter the menu. Choose the Transmitter Selection option (bottom-left) and try both Falcon band options instead of the DucTrak mode.
Re-Optimize and Pair your transmitter. Complete a one point calibration.
If you have a new transmitter, or receiver, you must optimize, pair your frequencies, and recalibrate. Attached is a Quick Start Guide that will walk you through the steps.
