If you’re having trouble logging into your portal, it’s likely because you don’t have the latest versions of the DigiTrak LWD and TeraTrak apps installed.
Follow these steps to update your app:
- Visit your device’s app store.
- Search the app name in the search field (“DigiTrak LWD” or “TeraTrak”).
- View the text in the gray button.
- If it says Update, click it.
- If it says Open, you already have the latest version.
You should now be able to log into myDCI. If you’re still experiencing login issues, contact Customer Service.
