Previously, on myDigiTrak, you had to manually call to renew your subscriptions.
Now, on myDCI, all your subscriptions are set to automatically renew. This is true for both existing subscriptions and any new subscriptions you purchase in the future.
If you would like to turn off auto-renew, you will need to cancel your subscription:
- Log into myDCI and navigate to Subscriptions in the lefthand bar.
- Click the subscription you want to cancel, then click the red “Cancel subscription” text.
- You will be prompted with a confirmation screen. If you’re sure you want to cancel your subscription, click the red Cancel Subscription button.
Even though you have cancelled, you will have access to your subscription through the end of your renewal period.
